Contact Unisen at enquiries@unisen.uk for product questions, school pilot conversations, family access questions, partnership enquiries, accessibility feedback, privacy requests, or security reports. Email is the primary public contact channel and gives the team enough context to route your message to the right co-founder.

For a school or organisation enquiry, include your name, role, organisation, the workflow you want to improve, and whether you are asking about a demonstration or a future pilot. Do not send pupil names, EHC plans, professional reports, health information, or other live case data. Unisen is currently in pilot validation and public demonstrations are for fictional information only.

For a family enquiry, explain the general task you need help understanding, such as reviewing a draft plan or navigating the demonstration workspace. Unisen cannot provide legal advice, make decisions about provision or placement, or contact a local authority on your behalf. Please keep the first message free of identifiable child or family case information.

Privacy rights requests can also be sent to enquiries@unisen.uk. State that the message concerns privacy and describe the account, enquiry, or demonstration information involved without including passwords, invitation tokens, or unnecessary sensitive details.
